Join us at the beautiful Adelaide Hills Convention Centre in Hahndorf, for a fun, relaxed evening.
Enjoy a three course (alternate drop) sit down meal, whilst catching up with friends and recognising the award recipients. The Menu is available to view on the ESA website under Awards Night.
This year there will be tables of 8 (adults), please gather your friends/family and book accordingly. Tickets purchased as an 8 (adults) will be discounted.
Once you have purchased your tickets/s, please email a list (8 or less) of attendees names to reception@equestriansa.com.au to assist us in organisation of the seating plan and quote any dietary requirements if they differ from the set menu.
Doors will open at 6:00pm for a 6:30pm start. The venue bar will remain open until 11:30pm following the conclusion of the Awards Evening. Venue closes at midnight.

Refund policy: Ticket refunds can be made via the Eventbrite website and ESA will consider your refund request.
Cancellation policy: In the event the venue is unable to proceed with the booking due to government regulations, ESA will work with AHHC to secure an alternate date or a full refund will be applied to you. (less the ticket booking fee applied by Eventbrite at the time of your ticket purchase)
Vaccinations: Currently there is no requirement to be double vaccinated, this is subject to change if the venue is given a government directive, ticket holders will be advised.
COVID requirements are QR check in or sign in, social distancing and the use of hand sanitiser.
Masks must be worn in communal areas and external areas, once inside the function room masks may be removed.
